AWH Solicitors Open New Blackburn Office
AWH moves into One Cathedral Square
The legal team AWH Solicitors have expanded into new premises and are now situated at One Cathedral Square in Blackburn. Made possible through the acquisition of Roebucks Solicitors, this new Blackburn office will compliment the law firm’s original Manchester base.
Managing Director Abdul Hussain has spoken of his enthusiasm for the future of the business, and how the combination of traditional values from Roebucks will complement the existing modern approach of AWH. This will create a robust legal service that can provide a multitude of services to the residents of Blackburn and the surrounding areas. He also anticipated that it will ‘help us attract the very best solicitors to the firm, who want to work in a modern working environment away from the outdated methods currently in use.’ He hopes that moving the firm to the centrally located One Cathedral will ‘help us to service the existing client base of Roebucks, as well as attracting new clients to the firm who are looking for a fresh and modern approach.’
The move to Blackburn’s flagship offices has seen roughly 40 staff filling the first floor, and there are expectations that around 25 new jobs will be created over the coming year. It is hoped that the central location of the offices will allow existing clients to easily meet with their solicitor in person, whilst the convenient transport links will also attract exciting new faces to the AWH legal family.
Speaking about the overall ethos of the AWH brand, Abdul Hussain explained that AWH specialise ‘in providing services to individuals and have a strong track record of providing an excellent service. We can service both privately paying clients and those who are eligible for legal aid. We are committed to ensuring that all of our clients receive an exceptional service and that we achieve the best results for them.’
