Background

Ruqia completed her Accounting and Finance Degree in 2012. After joining a local firm in 2013 and taking an interest in conveyancing she completed her GDL in 2016. She then went on to complete her LPC alongside her Training Contract in 2020. Ruqia has almost a decade of experience in residential conveyancing and has experience with dealing with a variety of transactions including New builds, Right To Buy, Help To Buy, Staircasing, Auction, Shared ownership, Maisonettes, Flats and Unregistered Titles.
